      <description>&lt;p&gt;Thought exercise:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ask yourself the following question, &lt;em&gt;&amp;ldquo;Knowing what I know now, would I have gotten involved in this relationship, this career/job, this project, whatever?!?&amp;rdquo;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If the answer is &amp;ldquo;No!&amp;rdquo; then get out of that situation as quickly as possible.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;That&amp;rsquo;s Zero-Based Thinking.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It&amp;rsquo;s powerful.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It also flies in the face of most of what we good citizens are taught. Gotta finish what we start, eh?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Says who?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It takes a lot of courage to consistently zero-base your thinking.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What do &lt;em&gt;you &lt;/em&gt;need to change in your life?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
