#97. Squeeze the Old Kegel

While we’re maximizing our time in the bathroom, we might as well focus on squeezing the kegel. You know, the old “kegel”—that grand muscle of yours that starts and stops the flow of your pee. Squeeze it. Stop your pee. Start it. Stop. Start. Stop. Make a game out of it. See how many times you can do it. Fun stuff. And, you’re getting a great workout that will make your partner happy. Life is good. ;) |

Medical reasons have been cited (e.g. http://www.urologyhealth.org/print/index.cfm?to… – “We do not recommend that you practice these exercises during urination by starting and stopping the flow of urine.”) that the Kegel muscle is not supposed to be squeezed during urination… Ghm |
