Single touch stuff.</p><p>DEFINITELY single handle the stuff that takes less than a couple minutes.</p><p>If you can reply to an email in &lt; 2 minutes. Do it. (Why would you leave that email in your inbox? Makes no sense. Either delete it or reply to it or quit looking at your inbox if you don&rsquo;t have the time to quickly get thru it.)</p><p>Grab your bills and pay them with a single touch. Don&rsquo;t get the mail, throw it on the desk, then look at it a few times over a few days, thinking how you should write the check&hellip; JUST DO IT.</p><p>Set aside blocks of time so you can work uninterrupted on a single project.
