Next time you jump in, start with freezing cold water (that&amp;rsquo;ll wake you up!). Then go to warm/hot and alternate it a couple times during your shower. Your blood vessels and capillaries will thank you. The cold&amp;mdash;hot&amp;mdash;cold combo is like a mini-workout for your circulatory system.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;(While you&amp;rsquo;re doing that, you might want to remember the whole idea of &lt;strong&gt;gratitude &lt;/strong&gt;as you appreciate the fact that you&amp;rsquo;re in the fortunate group of people who actually have the means to even regulate a shower like that!)&lt;/p&gt;</description>
