Covey&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;from &amp;ldquo;The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Slow down and read that again.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;&lt;em&gt;The key is not to prioritize your schedule but to schedule your priorities.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The key is NOT to prioritize what&amp;rsquo;s &lt;em&gt;already on&lt;/em&gt; your schedule.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The key is to identify your priorities (you have them? What&amp;rsquo;re your top goals this week?) and to create your schedule around THEM.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Yah?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So, what are your top priorities for:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;  &lt;li&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Your life?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;  &lt;li&gt;  &lt;p&gt;The next 	decade?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;  &lt;li&gt;  &lt;p&gt;The year?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;  &lt;li&gt;  &lt;p&gt;The quarter?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;  &lt;li&gt;  &lt;p&gt;The month?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;  &lt;li&gt;  &lt;p&gt;The week?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;  &lt;li&gt;  &lt;p&gt;The day?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;  &lt;li&gt;  &lt;p&gt;The hour?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;  &lt;li&gt;  &lt;p&gt;The moment?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;I ask myself that series of questions as often as possible. (At least once a week usually at the spa before/after a massage for those curious souls.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Are you asking yourself those questions?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Are the answers in integrity with one another? Do they all line up? Or is some of the stuff you&amp;rsquo;re doing right now almost totally irrelevant to your higher level life goals? And, if so, what&amp;rsquo;re you doing to get them in line?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Take a deep breath.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;And, pretty please (with a lot of agave on top), DO THIS EXERCISE (right now? :))!!!
