#470. Tony Robbins: Poop In Poop Out

What kind of questions do you ask? Good ones? Or not so good ones? Ask good questions --> Get good answers. Ask bad questions --> Get bad answers. A bad question? “Why’d I screw that up again?” A good question? “How can I learn from this and become even more powerful?” The bad question presupposes you “screwed up.” When you ask yourself that question, your mind will search for all the reasons why you “screwed up.” Likely answers include: “Because you’re an idiot; because you always screw up, etc.” The good question, on the other hand, presupposes you can learn and that you’re already powerful. Your mind, when presented with this question, will find the answers you want to find. Hmmmm… Let’s ask good questions! Ignorance vs. Stupidity “Ordinarily he was insane, but he had lucid moments when he was merely stupid.” ~ Heinrich Heine From notes from Tony Robbins’ “Date w/Destiny”: Ignorant – Don’t know Stupid – Know but don’t do |
