      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Opportunity Cost. &lt;/em&gt;One of my favorite economic principles. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Quite simply: There&amp;rsquo;s an &amp;ldquo;opportunity&amp;rdquo; cost to doing everything.  When you make a decision to do something, you lost the opportunity to do something else.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Don&amp;rsquo;t forget that.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Every time you say &amp;ldquo;Yes&amp;rdquo; to something you have zero desire to do, you lost the opportunity to do something more consistent with your highest self.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Spend a lifetime doing this and you&amp;rsquo;ve lost quite an opportunity.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pay attention. Choose wisely.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(And don&amp;rsquo;t pretend you don&amp;rsquo;t know what you &lt;em&gt;really &lt;/em&gt;want to do in any given situation. You almost always do. :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>
