Gay & Katie Hendricks are among the world’s experts on love and relationships and conscious living.

They have, hands down, the best relationship I’ve ever seen. It’s so incredibly inspiring to see people truly living their ideals, ya know?

Their Five Secrets?

Commitment. We need to take 100% responsibility and consciously commit to what we want. And RE-commit. And re-commit and…and…and…

Creativity. Both partners need to be expressing their creativity for a relationship to work.

No Blame/Criticism. Can you imagine a relationship without criticism? Gay & Katie haven’t criticized one another in over a decade (!!!)! How about you?

Presencing. What are you feeling in your body right now? Get present and express that.

Appreciation. Do you consciously look for things to appreciate about your partner? Awesome. (See 5:1)
