#47. Feeling Hardy Today? posted by brian @ Fri, 11 Jan 2008 22:43:09 -0000

Hardy. For some reason I think that’s kind of a funny word. Hardy. Hah.

Anyyywwaaaaayyyy…

Being hardy is a very (very) good thing. Researcher Susan Ouellette defines “hardiness” as a combination of traits including an enhanced sense of healthy responsibility, an ability to greet challenges as opportunities for growth, and flexibility and adaptability in dealing with the challenges life throws at us.

So, go get your hardy on, will ya? Thanks. (I’m off to do the same. :))
