      <description>&lt;p&gt;Fritz Perls, the founder of Gestalt therapy, once said, &lt;em&gt;&amp;ldquo;Fear is excitement without the breath.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Wow. Think about that. Fear is simply excitement without the breath.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Imagine if every time we felt fear we simply took a deep breath and smiled as we jumped in!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ahhhhhh&amp;hellip;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
