“One can have no smaller or greater mastery, then mastery of oneself.”

~ Leonardo da Vinci

Enkrateia. It’s a Greek word. And is a chief virtue in the philosophies of Plato, Aristotle, and the Stoics.

The root, “krat-“ means power or control and the virtue of “Enkrateia” is found when we exercise a mastery over ourselves.

What area of your life could use a little more enkrateia?!?

Get on it, yo!
