      <description>&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;quot;Energy: The capacity for work or vigorous activity; vigor; power.&amp;quot;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;~ American Heritage Dictionary&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;When I committed to studying, living, and teaching the process of discovering and living at our highest potential, I realized (very!) quickly that I was going to have a hard time reaching my potential if I had a hard time getting out of bed.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So, I studied nutrition and exercise science (even got my certification as a personal trainer), making myself a human lab to personally test all kinds of theories...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What are &lt;em&gt;you&lt;/em&gt; doing to optimize your energy?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Don&amp;rsquo;t make it rocket science.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My tip: What&amp;rsquo;s the #1 thing you &lt;em&gt;know &lt;/em&gt;you should be doing right now that, for whatever reason, you&amp;rsquo;re not doing?!?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Focus on THAT ONE THING. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Not the 2,000 things you &lt;em&gt;could &lt;/em&gt;do. Pick #1. Impeccably do it until it&amp;rsquo;s a habit. THEN you can go to #2.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;That method has worked wonders for me and many others I&amp;rsquo;ve coached. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Try it and let me know what you think. :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>
