If you need a light snack, stay away from protein and stick to carbohydrates. Research shows that small snacks rich in carbohydrates may help sleep. - Try to unwind an hour before bedtime. Turn off the TV and the computer. Relax. - Make your bedroom your haven for sleep and other "bedroom activities" only. No TV, radio, eating, reading or working allowed! |
