      <description>&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Can you make yourself feel good even when you don&amp;rsquo;t want to?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&amp;hellip;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;You know, you&amp;rsquo;re in the middle of an argument with someone you love or you&amp;rsquo;re simply pissy at the end of a long day.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Can you make yourself feel good?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Especially &lt;/em&gt;when you don&amp;rsquo;t &lt;em&gt;want &lt;/em&gt;to feel good? (You know, those moments when you&amp;rsquo;re &amp;ldquo;entitled&amp;rdquo; to be an ass just b/c&amp;hellip;)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;I&amp;rsquo;d recommend you start training yourself to feel good. Even when you don&amp;rsquo;t want to. ESPECIALLY when you don&amp;rsquo;t want to.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Some tips? &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Move. Go for a walk. Dance. Smile. Be totally goofy. Laugh at yourself. Think of 5 things for which you&amp;rsquo;re grateful. Pick up a baby and look into its eyes. Pet a dog. Turn on some music. Move your body. Jump up and down. Do any # of the infinite array of positive actions you know how to take&amp;mdash;the stuff that makes you feel most alive.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Just do it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Especially when you don&amp;rsquo;t&lt;em&gt; feel&lt;/em&gt; like it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Life is short. Let&amp;rsquo;s enjoy it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;</description>
