Pick up the weight. Walk around the store a couple times. How&amp;rsquo;s the feel? Realize the fact that you&amp;rsquo;re carrying around the extra weight EVERY DAY.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What do you think that&amp;rsquo;s doing to your body?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Commit to dropping the pounds and feel the power of living at your optimal weight. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(Your knees and back and heart and digestive system will thank you.
