How much are you overweight? Go to a sporting goods store and find a dumbbell (or two) that weighs as much as the extra fat you’re carrying around. Pick up the weight. Walk around the store a couple times. How’s the feel? Realize the fact that you’re carrying around the extra weight EVERY DAY. What do you think that’s doing to your body? Commit to dropping the pounds and feel the power of living at your optimal weight. (Your knees and back and heart and digestive system will thank you.
