The first one? “Be impeccable with your word.” (For the record, the word im-peccable literally means “without sin.”)

Why not take a break from berating ourselves with a negative and incessant dialogue. And, while we’re at it, how about a day of no gossip?!?

Make this one agreement (or any of these for that matter) and you will change your life.
