      <description>&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;quot;More than those who hate you, more than all your enemies, an undisciplined mind does greater harm.&amp;quot;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;~ Buddha, 6th century bce Indian mystic and founder of Buddhism&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;from &lt;em&gt;The Dhammapada&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;How true is &lt;em&gt;that&lt;/em&gt;?!?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(As you know if you&amp;rsquo;ve spent any time trying, :)) Training our minds is an incredible challenge.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Gandhi once remarked that this training requires the patience of someone trying to empty the sea with a teacup...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Time to get to work.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I raise my teacup in a toast to our training.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
