      <description>&lt;p&gt;Want to build a new habit?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Do it for 30 days.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Want to lose weight? Commit to doing something positive for your body/weight loss for 30 days.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Want to get up earlier? Commit to getting up earlier for 30 days.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Want to meditate daily? Do it for 30 days straight.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;30 days straight. ABSOLUTELY no option to break the habit for 30 days. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You&amp;rsquo;ll want to give up. Don&amp;rsquo;t.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You&amp;rsquo;ll find a bunch of reasons why it just doesn&amp;rsquo;t make sense to do it for a day or for a weekend.
